Can you order something else besides our premium package? Yes, you can. AC is slowly adding back other single items. Once you are ready to order, you would submit your order and once approved you will be invoiced for your balance in full. Before submitting your order be sure to have the following:
- You have asked any questions you need in order to proceed with your order.
- You have made yourself available to respond promptly to samples, inquiries etc. in order to not delay in the completion of your order.
- Know what you want and have all supporting information (text, photos, templates, size requests/requirements, other preferences etc.) ready.
- Be prepared to pay your invoice immediately upon receipt.
Payments are requested and accepted via Paypal and/or Google Pay.
Please note that all final files will be shares via Dropbox. During the process , samples may also be shared this way depending on size. Otherwise, all contact will be via email. Be sure to add info@alegnamediasuite.com to your contacts to make sure emails don’t end up in your spam folder.
Our goals for order processing are to have all orders processed and completed within 10 business days (maximum). Rush requests may be available and will require an additional fee. On some projects, rush orders may not be available so plan ahead. Also, your decision time may require longer on your end and that is allowed however we do not allow order stalls where they are dragged out for months etc. AC needs to be able to plan their schedule for new orders so delays in final decisions impede this process.
Pre – Order Phone consults are only available via appointment and a consult fee of $50 and is not refundable even if you decide to not place an order.
